Our mission is to promote Oriental medicine and good health by providing Chinese herbal products of superior quality to licensed practitioners of Oriental Medicine, licensed health care practitioners, and students at an accredited school of Oriental Medicine or health care institution. Therefore, Golden Flower Chinese Herbs does not make sales directly to patients or consumers. Chinese herbal medicine is a complex and comprehensive healing art where self-prescribing should be avoided. Licensed Massage Therapists can order from a selection of supplies from our Bodyworker Supply Catalog, but at this time are unable to set up a web account. If you are interested in purchasing any of the Chinese herbal products that we provide and you are not a licensed practitioner, please contact your local acupuncturist or qualified practitioner of Chinese herbal medicine.
In order to purchase from us, we must have verification of your student or provider status on file. This helps to ensure that our products are being used safely and appropriately. Please fax a copy of your current student I.D. or unexpired state license to our toll free number 866 298-7541. We are able to ship to customers in the United States and Puerto Rico. For international orders, please contact us or one of our International distributors.
Orders may be placed by calling our toll-free number Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm or Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm MST, sending a fax, or through our website 24/7.
All orders within the continental USA will ship via UPS or US Postal Service. Orders over $200 will ship for FREE. Orders under $200 will ship for a flat rate of $8.95. Orders shipping to HI, AK or PO Boxes will ship via US Postal Service.

We are happy to ship orders directly to your patients without any additional fee! An invoice for the order will be mailed to you, not the patient. Please make sure to select the “Patient Drop-Ship” option under the shipping method in your shopping cart. There is a $17.00 address correction fee added to orders that have incorrect addresses.
In order to make sure that our products are used safely and effectively, we do not allow sales of our products online.

In order to minimize panic-buying or over-buying, we are temporarily changing our return policy. Effective immediately, all returns will require a return authorization, will be subject to a restocking fee, and shipped back at the buyer’s expense. After receipt and approval of an authorized item, a product credit will be issued. We will return to our normal shipping and returns policies as soon as possible.
